Look, what I have found In the web:
This Picture Is from one of the Club Penguin`s Books, and there`s Town Center In It!
But, Look! In the left corner, there`s gazebo, and In the right, fountain with notice board!
So, I guess, this will be new room, or maybe, there will be construction In the Town soon, to expand It...
