Billybob also said what Herbert will attack EPF next week, and I have a theory what mysterious Club Penguin blackout will be caused. In the word "blackout" I mean Lighthouse will go out of power, and maybe the whole CP. Well Herbert`s in some robot in this picture, maybe he will cause earthquake and the sequence will be the blackout what will last for 2 weeks, I think it will be new Mission 12. Also I believe we will be able to meet Herbert after the blackout or in the time He will attack EPF. It is about time for Herbert to show His face!
